With each and every patient that comes in the door we strive to create a flawless dental experience, and that starts with you! To empower all people in our doors with a sense of belonging and united in the common goal of creating beautiful smiles. Front Office Responsibilities Include: Greet all patients as they come in Check in/ check out all patients Obtain, verify, and updating all patient’s information. Collect payment Manage office communications with patients i.e. answer phone, respond to texts and emails. Confirming appointments/scheduling appointments Obtain consent forms from patients that require treatment Help coordinate front and back office patient flow Conducting face to face treatment presentations with patient and assist the patient in understanding dental treatment options followed by scheduling dental treatment. Monitor and keep track of pending treatment and follow up on patientand#39;s that have yet to schedule treatment. Front Desk Requirements and Qualifications Open Dental knowledge preferred Excellent understanding of dental procedures Personable and comfortable chatting with patients Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Eagerness to learn and self improve We HEART front desk that is cross trained and able to assist and take xrays. $17.00-$24.00 hourly rate based on experience and fit Paid Holidays Paid Time off www.Genuinesmilestx.com Please send resume to email address listened below.
