Looking for energetic, driven and detail orientated RDA to join our growing private practice. We are a two doctor practice and fully digital (including iTero) providing general dentistry to primarily adults but also some kids. Our hours are M-W 8-5, Thursday 8-4 working through the Thursday lunch hour but we have lunch catered in every Thursday. We perform all aspects of general dentistry, some extractions, some endo and some Invisalign. We have an exceptionally talented and drama free team and strive to provide an exceptional experience for our patients. We are not a high staff or patient turnover practice and we grow primarily by word of mouth. The majority of our team has worked in this practice or together previously for multiple years. We are a true family and desire to have our newest addition stay here for many years! Moderate experience is not a must but a great attitude and willingness to learn are. That being said, we are looking for someone confident in the basic daily tasks if you stepped in on day 1, for example: taking a FMX, assisting the Dr for fillings or a crown, making a temporary crown. If you are not comfortable taking a diagnostic FMX or are not confident taking alginate impressions or are not confident making a good temporary crown in 10-15 minutes we may not be a good fit. We currently have 3 exceptional DAs, one of whom has announced her retirement and will stay on with us until we find the right candidate to fill her shoes.
