Non-corporate office looking for TWO full time Registered Dental Assistants. Our ideal candidates will have excellent people skills and a desire to grow professionally. FIRST OPENING - Experienced RDA looking to develop or utilize their front office skills. Two years of experience preferred but not necessary. Any previous customer service experience would be helpful. Starting Compensation - $24.00 / hour - Negotiable Job Description and Time Allocation – 50% -- Dental Assisting All relevant chairside activities Operatory setup, cleaning and sterilization Patient interviews and charting Ordering and Inventory Management 50% -- Front Office Patient and referring office communications Treatment Co-Ordination Patient Check In / Check Out Insurance Verification ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SECOND OPENING - Registered Dental Assistant - No dental experience necessary Starting Compensation - $21.00 / hour - Negotiable Job Description – All relevant chairside activities Patient interviews and charting Operatory setup, cleaning and sterilization Help maintain an organized and efficient work environment Both openings are Full Time - Office Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 to 5:00 Friday 8:00 to 12:00 Frequent accommodations can be made for 3 and 4 day weekends.
