**Traveling Orthodontic Dental Assistant Position Available** Traveling Locations: Humble, Cleveland, Conroe, Tomball, Katy, Eastex, Magnolia, Rosenberg and New Forest Job Type : Permanent We are currently looking for an Orthodontic Assistant to work with our traveling specialty team at Trinity Dental Centers. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday that will require you traveling to the Trinity offices located in the greater Houston area. Requirements: x-ray license for the state of Texas 1-2 years hands on Orthodontic Assistant experience and hold a Registered Dental Assistant certification for Texas Orthodontic Assistants perform chair side assisting with preparing and maintaining dental instruments and instrument transfer; deliver patient personal oral hygiene instructions; prepare dental materials to include cements and impression materials, removing excess cement from brackets and orthodontic bands; pour impressions and trim plaster models for labs and presentation; conduct instrument cleaning sterilization/Disinfection, re-circulation, and operatory disinfection; bracket set-up, among other clinical duties. Required Skills: Must have 1-2 years of Orthodontic Assistant experience Must hold a Registered Dental Assistant certificate for Texas X-ray certification for the state of Texas, required Must have reliable transportation
