Revive Family Dentistry is hiring! Our progressive, luxurious, and state-of-the-art dental office in Grand Prairie, TX is looking for an AWESOME Senior Patient Coordinator for our well established family owned dental practice! This position is Full time. The work schedule is Monday - Thursday and one Friday a month. Requirements: 5 years of experience in a private practice setting Experience with Open Dental Software and working with third-party companies such as Care Credit, Sunbit, Flex, eAssist, and other platforms Knowledge of ADA codes Ability to use Excel, Word, and MS Office Six months to one year college experience is a plus! (Minimum high school graduate or obtained GED) Experience with internal and external marketing is a plus! Experience in Social Media Marketing is a plus! Spanish speaking is a plus! The ideal candidate would possess the following traits and skills: Excellent communication skills Honest and ethical Strong leadership skills Self-motivating Detail Oriented Team player Dependable Reliable Compassionate Incredible people skills and professionalism Exquisite time management, prioritization, and the ability to remain organized Great quality of work, with an appetite to get the job done Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Job Description: Provide exceptional customer service Assisting patients at the reception desk and over the phone Verify and update insurance plans and enter information into practice software Greet and check in patients in a friendly manner Schedule efficiently to achieve daily, monthly, and annual goals Explain treatment plans to patients Mail patient billing statements Maintain Pre-authorizations Create dental claims in practice software Coordinate patient financial agreements for dental treatment Assist with financial arrangements for dental treatment Respond to patient billing or financial inquiries and direct to management Support the front desk staff members by fulfilling patient care responsibilities Check and respond to voicemails and emails left for the office Help maintain cleanliness of the office on a daily basis Work with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow Assist with other office duties as requested or as needed What will we offer you?
