Dental Assistant Job Summary Genuine Smiles is a privately owned family centered dental practice in Trophy Club, TX and we are seeking a Dental Assistant to add to our amazing team! We are looking for a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. Currently we are seeing patients Monday, Tuesday, alternating Wednesdays, and Thursday and are looking to open more days soon! We value relationships, teamwork, and positive attitude over experience at Genuine Smiles. We strive to create a relaxed and comfortable work environment for all staff. You have the opportunity to learn and help perform facial esthetic skin recontouring procedures and assist in a wide range of procedures from fillings to All on 4 implant placement and restoration. Dental Assistant Duties and Responsibilities Prepare the work area for procedures Handling sensitive conversations andamp; dissatisfaction Take x-rays of patients’ teeth Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures Administrative Tasks i.e scheduling patients, answering phones. Educate patients Restock treatment areas and monitor inventory Assist with cleaning the office Social Media Dental Assistant Requirements and Qualifications 1and#43; years of dental assisting experience preferred X-ray certification Current BLS and CPR certification Excellent understanding of dental procedures Personable and comfortable chatting with patients Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Eagerness to learn and self improve Salary: starting at $19.00.
