Privately owned, State-of-the Art Dental Practice located in a first-rate superior location is looking for a full time, bilingual dental administrator/Concierge with an outstanding personality to join our lucrative practice. This unique individual will be responsible for assisting our providers in delivering quality care to patients and managing the day-to-day operations related to front desk business office operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a team environment, have a “can do” personality, and be able to complete their assigned work in a timely fashion. In addition, candidate must display open communication to co-workers and a commitment to patient satisfaction. Must be a highly skilled individual, a quick learner with the ability to multi-task. Responsible for scheduling, co-payments, treatment plan presentation, financial arrangements, work schedules to meet financial goals and reports on production goals. Essential Responsibilities: • Efficiently direct patient flow through teamwork and communication • Organizational skills a must • Uphold a positive rapport with staff members and patients at all times. • Demonstrate safe and cost-effective practices when utilizing supplies and equipment. • Assist office in achieving defined goals. • Other duties as assigned. • Answer incoming calls using proper telephone etiquette • Greet and check in patients in professional and friendly manner • Respond to telephone inquiries from potential patients. • Able to oversee patient appointments and scheduling of all staff doctors • Schedule, reschedule and confirm new patient appointments. • Promote care and appointment opportunities to patients seeking care • Maintain flexibility regarding scheduling changes, communicating changes to patients, and staff. • Flexibility to support change, with varying schedules as necessary • Work to maintain full schedules and maintain office schedule flow • Collect co-payments and verify insurance coverage as appropriate • Prepare new patient charts accurately • Perform all necessary paperwork (i.e. patient charts, referrals, appointment cards, welcome packets and treatment plan forms). • Collect past due balances on date of service. • Present financial policies and arrangements accurately to patients • Comply with protocols and standards. • Support shared vision and values • Ability to perform basic computer functions.
