Our office is centered around family; we work hard Monday through Thursday so we can play harder on the weekends with our family. If you enjoy spending time with your family or would just like a long weekend every weekend then this is the office for you. We are a Private General Dental Office located in Humble, TX seeking a highly motivated individual who enjoys working with children and adults in a fast pace environment. Responsibilities would include but not limited to; assisting Doctor in exams and treatment, including cleaning and care of exam rooms, sterilization area and any other duties assigned. Job Requirements: Fast learner (You must be able to show initiative) Enjoy working with children (We are a general dental office, but do see a lot of children) Good Customer Service Skills Reliable Software used is Dentrix RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Use intra-oral camera Use intra-oral scanner for crown and bridge impressions Prepare patients, sterilize and disinfect instruments, set up instrument trays, prepare materials and assist dentist during dental procedures Take impressions, bite registrations and prepare the study casts (models of teeth) Take and record medical and dental histories, vital signs and other notes as directed by the dentist Any and all other duties assigned by doctor REQUIRED SKILLS: · Registered Dental Assistant license · CPR, OSHA and HIPPA · Nitrous Oxide Certification (preferred but no required) **Our office hours are Monday thru Thursday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm *** Serious inquires only ****DO NOT call the office to inquire about the position.
