We are looking for a dynamic hygienist with a gentle hand and great communication skills to join our PRIVATE PRACTICE team. We offer a place where you will experience a genuine connection with your patients. We have a wonderful team. WE ARE IN A NEW OFFICE!!! HIRING ADDITIONAL STAFF TO HELP WITH GROWTH! We want a hygienist who is a patient advocate. Your responsibility is to ensure that each patient receives a hygiene diagnosis and appropriate options for care. Typically, our hygiene department sees a new patient initially and provides the dentist with pertinent evidence and supportive thinking, which, in turn, helps them consider all factors necessary to formulate a hygiene diagnosis. We want a hygienist who can gather a majority of the pertinent data and then present findings to the doctor. This can be a powerful partnership. We ask that everyone arrives by 745am for our morning huddle AND BIBLE STUDY, first appointment at 815am. FRIDAY NEEDED BUT OTHER DAYS AVAILABLE AS WELL.
