Your day will include: • Talking with new patients and learning about their interests and needs • Reviewing recommended treatment with patients and scheduling their next appointment • Offering up “ADA-styled” hospitality where patients look forward to their dental visits! • Extensive documentation and updating records in our software program • Running periodic reports • Posting payments • Supporting referrals to our dental specialists • Working closely with our Practice Manager to implement our team members’ great ideas Who is invited to apply? Candidates with and without prior dental office experience are welcome to apply. We appreciate medical or dental industry training while being keenly aware that a non-dental candidate with the right background could be the perfect team member once they assimilate our business brand, technology, and methods. Candidates with strong customer service and administrative work history are often equipped to succeed and enjoy this multi-tasking, detail-packed position. 11 valuable skills and qualities include: 1. Desire to work full-time with a rotating 4 / 4 ½ day work week. No evenings! No weekends! 2. Excellent speaking, grammar, and writing skills to credibly represent the practice and accurately document records. 3. Stable work history. 4. A natural inclination to manage “the details in the details” while multi-tasking. 5. Preference to “always be busy” while working in close proximity to others 6. Excellent past employment references. 7. A mindset for productivity and understanding of a business revenue cycle. 8. Comfortable discussing fees / collecting money due on accounts. 9. Studies or a bachelor’s degree in English, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Marketing, and Business Administration applies well to this multi-faceted, people-focused role. Bachelor’s is not required; solid work history is valued. 10. A passion to serve in the healthcare industry with preferably some experience in a healthcare setting. 11.
