If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Dental Treatment Coordinator. As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role on our team, serving as a liaison between our dentists and patients. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the coordination and scheduling of dental treatment, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for our patients. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a friendly and professional private practice atmosphere. Explain treatment options, procedures, and costs to patients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Coordinate appointments and schedule treatment in alignment with production goals. Verify patient insurance coverage and communicate the estimated costs and benefits to them. Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans, appointments, and insurance information. Assist Office manager with daily operations Requirements: A dynamic personality is first and foremost in this position. We offer our patients a high level of customer service and work together as a team to deliver an excellent patient experience. High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of scheduling and treatment presentation experience. Proven experience as a dental treatment coordinator, scheduling to production goals for multiple doctors. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and treatment planning. Proficient in Dentrix Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and effectively explain treatment plans. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail. Familiarity with dental insurance processes, including verification, claims, and benefits coordination. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with the staff.
