Smile Studio Orthodontics seeking to add cheerful, hardworking front office coordinator to join our AMAZING team! Then read on....(please make sure to note our pay range) Our wonderful, popular and growing private practice, Smile Studio Orthodontics, is seeking a cheerful, polished professional to join our practice as a front office coordinator. We are a fee for service (cash/ppo) private practice with a kind doctor, great established team, and wonderful patients. We are seeking a front office candidate with excellent customer service to join our busy and growing orthodontic practice for a full time position. Excellent pay ($15-16 per hour range) and growth potential with bonuses, health insurance, uniforms, paid time off, paid holidays, and numerous other perks provided. The front office coordinator handles numerous front office tasks such as scheduling, answering phones, virtual consults, taking payments, greeting patients, emails, paperwork, verifying insurance, marketing, to name a few. We are ideally looking for the following: - Responsible and punctual professional willing to commit themselves to our team for the long run! - Someone who lives close to the Katy/Richmond/Sugarland area - Someone who is presentable, cheerful, and well-spoken - Excellent customer service skills and ability to connect with patients - Organized and able to multi-task - Able to work in a busy environment with a positive attitude (this is important!) - Comfortable with finances and explaining costs of treatment - Able to provide good references - Bilingual is a HUGE plus Dental/Orthodontic experience is a plus and will pay based on experience ($15-16 per hour range).
