Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, patient-centered, dental hygienist to join our team! Requirements: - Ability to prepare dental equipment and instruments - Excellent working knowledge of overall dentistry and dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation - Experience using open dental is a plus - Leadership skills and growth mindset -Embodies humility and honesty Responsibilities: - Perform scaling and root planning on patients using ultrasonic and hand instruments. - Charting conditions of periodontal disease such as probing depth and loss of attachments. - Taking radiographs on new and recall patients. - Maintaining and sterilizing dental instruments. - Applying fluoride and other cavity preventing agents to prevent dental decay. - Educating the patients about their oral hygiene and recommending the best oral care products to help them achieve the best homecare outcome. Working Hours: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm Compensation: hourly based on experience and#43; monthly incentive bonus based on performance
