Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring patients are comfortable and informed throughout their orthodontic procedures. Dental License from State of Texas: Possess a valid dental license from the State of Texas, demonstrating a high standard of professional competence. Team Player: Collaborate effectively within a team of dental professionals to achieve optimal patient care and outcomes. Bilingual is a plus but not necessary: Ability to communicate effectively in English and another language, enhancing communication and accessibility for a diverse patient base. Communication: Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and other staff members. Ability to Multitask: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities to optimize workflow and maintain high productivity levels. Clinical Skills: Experience with Panoramic and Cephalometric X-rays (Panoramic, Ceph). Familiarity with digital scanning equipment such as Itero Scan. Competence in taking Bitewings and other radiographic images. Proficiency in bonding and debonding procedures. Knowledge of orthodontic appliance and retainer delivery. Competent in using Open Dental software for patient records and scheduling. Skillful in taking impressions for various dental procedures. Qualifications: Dental Assistant certification or relevant training. Valid dental license from the State of Texas. Previous experience in an orthodontic or dental office is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
