Description

We are a Periodontal private practice with four doctors looking for a highly self-motivated Front Desk Rock Star; with Dental Insurance and Treatment Coordinator experience plus superb people skills. We want you to have excellent Dental and computer knowledge with the ability to perform other various tasks set out by our Office manager and Team Leaders. The candidate we are looking for is a happy worker with a cheerful personality, dependable, can follow through on things and can adapt to what the days demands are. We have a great team of people who appreciate each other and help each other daily! Our hours are 6:45am - 3:30pm. Job Requirements * Must excel in customer service * Able to multitask * Quick learner * Outgoing and personable * High energy * Dental/Medical terminology * Patient greeting, scheduling, and insurance verification. *At least 2 years of solid and recurrent front desk and dental and financial/insurance experience that can be verified. Open Dental experience is a plus but not required!
