Only candidates with the following qualifications will be considered. QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum 3 years front office experience - Front Office management experience required - Bilingual Preferred: English and Spanish - Must have a customer focused attitude - Must have a professional appearance - Must have a positive and friendly demeanor - Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - Must be able to communicate effectively with a diverse patient population - Must have a strong, detail-oriented work ethic - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment - Must be able to multi-task - Must be a team player with a positive attitude - Must have comprehensive knowledge of dental terminology - Must have strong organizational skills - Must have proficient computer skills - Must have experience with dental software (Open Dental experience a plus) - Must have proven employment history - Problem-Solving: Problem-solving approach. Attention to detail and follow through in managing staff, performing administrative assistant duties for doctors, etc. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Manage patient flow - Manage patient schedule and production - Patient Scheduling - Greet and provide quality customer service to our patients - Motivate, guide, and direct office staff to achieving monthly and yearly production goals - Address and resolve patient concerns - Enter patient data, documentation, and insurance information correctly - Coordinating treatment plans with doctor - Presenting treatment plans and explanation of benefits - Presenting payment plan options and financial arrangement options to patients - Calculating co-payments accurately - Soliciting referrals from patients - Collecting payment from patients - Oversee daily front office activities and provide support to our office staff - Respect patientsand#39; rights to privacy and confidentiality - Evaluate employee performance and manage retention - Other front office duties: filing, organizing, documenting, verifying insurance, confirming appointments, etc. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, which includes: Uniforms, Excellent Base Salary, Bonuses, Vacation, Holiday Pay, and Paid Time Off.
