Private practice located in Las Colinas looking for dynamic, experienced Front Office Lead RDA/Manager with a start date ASAP. The ideal candidate is someone that will treat patients like family and has an outgoing friendly personality. Work hours M-Th 8am-5pm, Fridays are half days 8am-12pm with one Saturday a month 8am-12pm. Qualifications: -Must have at least 3 years of experience as office manager. -Eaglesoft experience required. -Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, treatment presentation, A/R, and recall required. -Strong knowledge of dental office procedures, including dental records management and treatment plan presentation. -Knowledge of the dental CDT codes. -Strong understanding of PPO, HMO, and Medicaid -Bilingual is a plus. -Must be organized, able to multitask, dependable, and be people/patient oriented. -Exceptional telephone and customer service skills. Salary is based on experience and qualifications.
