Treatment Coordinator Our growing office is in search of a dynamic Treatment Coordinator!!! Recently, our office began a tremendous growth spurt! We have added treatment accessibility, providers and team members. In our efforts to nurture a healthy work/life balance for all of our team members we are adding new positions to our roster!!! Our patient base is very diverse, and we are thrilled we can be a beacon in our community to serve such a diverse patient family. With that being said, we are looking for someone who is bi-lingual (Spanish). We could, possibly have more than one opportunity available; one of these positions will be filled with someone who speaks/reads Spanish, fluently. We are looking for a new team member who is skilled in the following areas; Previous Dental Experience (2and#43; years) Admin/Clinical acceptable Pedo is a plus Knowledge of dental terminology and treatments Knowledge if IV Sedation/Oral Surgery Protocol (a plus) Working knowledge of Insurance and special nuances Traditional (commercial) State-Funded (Medicaid) Experience maintaining profitable and efficient schedules “Scheduling to Production” Confirmations/Reschedules/Recovery/Recall Audible Smile We are (primarily) a pediatric/teen practice, therefore we deal with parents a great deal and we want them to feel happy and welcome, which will allow their little ones to let their guards down as well. Punctual/Organized We must maintain an efficient schedule at all times. And at times this requires a bit of a juggling act. A well-organized Treatment Coordinator understands the quality of being proactive at all times, as opposed to being reactive.
