Description

To welcome patient into the practice in a manner that will focus on a personal level that will enable the patient to build rapport. Help patients fill out and update paperwork needed. Educate patients concerning the recommended treatment plan, as prepared by the doctor, so they can make informed treatment decisions. Answer phones and schedule appointments. Prepare insurance verification and enter into Dentrix verifications and predeterminations. Present treatment plans to the patient and schedule treatment. Recall for doctor and hygiene. Handle mail, email and patient communication dashboard
