We currently have an opening for a Licensed RDA Lead Assistant. My assistant of 20 years is retiring. The right individual will be highly compensated (30-35) with at least 3-4 years experience at our state of the art, drama-free office. A dynamic individual that is a team player, self motivated and enjoys serving our family of patients will be the perfect fit. We are a family of silly, funny, hardworking, tooth enthusiasts looking to add someone special to our team!! My primary mission as the dentist and leader is to create a working environment where team members feel valued, and love their job. Our office in Horseshoe Bay is focused on creating the perfect patient experience which means we see only a handful of patients a day and done by 3pm and we do not rush thru appointments. Rushing and volume are not part of our culture. We work 9-3 Monday-Thursday and enjoy 3 day weekends every week! We believe in a healthy work/life balance! We offer 401K, paid time off, paid holidays, support and camaraderie. We are specifically looking for a self motivated, fun loving and passionate lead dental assistant that would be dependable and self motivated . Someone who works hard, is dedicated to constant growth and values making meaningful connections with patients and the rest of the team! Cerac, Dentrix and CBCT knowledge a plus.
