We are seeking a Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our patients. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice and delivering a positive experience to our patients from the moment they walk in the door. Responsibilities: • Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel welcome and comfortable. • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the dental practice's appointment book efficiently. • Verify insurance coverage and coordinate with our billing specialist. • Collect and record patient information, including medical history and personal details. • Maintain and update patient records using our dental practice management software. • Assist patients with paperwork, including consent forms and insurance claims. • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow and timely service. • Handle patient inquiries, resolve complaints or concerns, and escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary. • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Requirements: • Proven experience as a dental receptionist • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in using dental practice management software is preferred. • Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance procedures is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively. • Professional appearance and demeanor. • High school diploma or equivalent.
