Description

Drs. Rogers, Clark and Associates are seeking a motivated and experienced Schedule Coordinator to join our team and help the practice grow. Job Description: As a Dental Office Schedule Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our practice by managing patient treatment plans and ensuring a smooth patient experience from consultation to follow-up. You will also tag team accounts receivable with our insurance coordinator. Key Responsibilities: Treatment Coordination Communicate treatment plans to patients and explain procedures and insurance benefits when needed. Schedule appointments in coordination with dental practitioners. Ensure all patient inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. Patient Communication: Educate patients on available treatment options and financial arrangements. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction. Follow up with patients regarding treatment progress and post-treatment care. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate and up to date patient records. Manage the treatment schedule and ensure efficient workflow within the office. Assist with front desk duties as needed, including answering phones and greeting patients. Qualifications: Education: HS diploma or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience as a treatment coordinator or similar role. Insurance knowledge: In depth understanding of dental insurance policies, claims processing, and benefit verification. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multi tasking abilities. Proficient in dental office software (Eaglesoft preferred). Ability to work in a team-oriented enviroment.
