Hello There! We're a one-dentist private practice with high professional standards. Were very service-oriented so were looking for someone with empathy and a gentle touch in their communication style since we see a lot of high fear patients. That being said, since this is a front office position, its necessary to have enough dental knowledge and terminology to be able to present treatment plans to patients in layman's terms so that they understand the doctors recommendations; this is where an ability to be able to present financial options to the patient comes in. We strive to be as accurate as we can regarding what is expected from the patient and their insurance so its also important to be able to obtain and enter accurate insurance breakdowns. We use Dentrix software so familiarity with it would be a bonus but its not a requirement. We collect at the time of service whether that be by credit card, check or insurance copay so we also need someone who can do so in an unintimidated and professional manner.
