Newport Family Dental Care is seeking a dental hygienist to add to our team. Our office has created a culture that provides positivity among all team members as we support each other. Each team member embraces lifelong learning so we can do our best each day. Our hygiene program focuses on prevention and treatment of periodontal health, focusing on improving oral systemic health. The dental hygienist we are seeking will have a positive attitude, willing to complete tasks that may be outside the normal hygiene roles, strive to grow in their hygiene career, accept changes and challenges, and have attention to detail. We are seeking someone that strives to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Strong communication skills will be needed. Our ideal hygienist will have certification in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide administration or be willing to obtain. Our hygienist will be trained to use a laser for periodontal therapy.
