Our privately-owned dental practice has an immediate opening for a part-time Dental Office Receptionist in downtown La Grange, IL. Our practice is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and well-trained support staff. We provide comprehensive, compassionate dental care for patients of all ages. Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Dental Office Receptionist at Carolyn Bronke Wind DDS. We are seeking an outgoing, motivated person with a positive attitude and desire to grow within our practice. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, answering incoming calls, collecting payments, processing billing and insurance claims, and providing excellent customer service to patients, among other duties. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly demeanor Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in dental office management software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent, associate or bachelor's degree is a plus Prior experience in a dental office setting is preferred Ability to maintain patient confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations This position is for 2-3 days per week, with NO weekend hours.
