Do you get giddy at the sight of calculus bridges or radiographic calculus? Is it your passion to see the changes in gingiva after scaling and root planing? Are you tired of un-diagnosed periodontal disease? Do you love motivated patients? Then a periodontal practice is for you! Konikoff Periodontics (no affiliation with Konikoff Dental Associates) is growing and we are looking to add another hygienist to our team. With our hygienist of 45 years retiring and the influx of new periodontal patients (thanks to COVID), our schedules are filling up fast! We are looking for a hygienist who is passionate about oral health and treating and maintaining periodontal disease. There are opportunities at our Chesapeake and Virginia Beach locations. Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; however, hours and days are negotiable and customizable to your schedule! No nights or weekends here! At Konikoff Periodontics, you will have (at least) an hour per patient and well-maintained instruments and up to date equipment to make your job as easy as possible. We are a digital practice and utilize Carestack for our computer software. Your patients already know they have periodontal disease and are motivated to maintain their oral health (otherwise they wouldn’t be here). Benefits will be discussed upon hire, but include PTO and uniform allowance. Local anesthesia certification is a must.
