Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Technology ( CBCT, scanners) Growth opportunities Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Desk Superstar to join our team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, welcoming, positive and confident when greeting patients in person or over the phone. You will be responsible for completing the daily operations of the front desk area and ensuring excellent customer service to all patients and visitors. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in providing a positive experience. Duties: - Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Schedule patient appointments using Open Dental (experience preferred) and Flex Dental (easy to learn) - Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information - Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow - Provide administrative support such as filing, faxing, and data entry - Handle patient complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role as a Front Desk or Insurance Co-Ordinator - Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment - Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures - Familiarity with dental scheduling software - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
