Dentistry for Life is looking for an exceptional Dental Hygienist for our beautiful, newly built, state of the art private practice here in Ft Worth/Keller/Alliance area. We are an established husband and wife doctor practice with over 21+ yrs of experience, an established patient base, great tenured team, and are privately owned and operated. We have been serving our community for over 18 years. We are looking for the right team member to join what we sincerely believe is our work family. We believe in providing an exceptional patient experience while providing high quality care. We are looking for someone who is willing to be open to mentorship and learning our well established, efficient, and patient friendly systems. ** The patient hours offered are: 8:00-4:30 PM on Monday, Tuesday,Wednesday 8:00-3:30 PM on Thursday **We have a team morning huddle at 7:40 am to prepare for our day. **Some of the expected duties for this position include but are not limited to: Patient education on periodontal and dental health, preventive care, oral hygiene instructions, prophylaxis (adults and children), periodontal scaling/root planning, application of fluoride and sealants, taking quality radiographs and intro-oral pictures, being an ambassador for the practice and partnering with the doctors to take the best care of patients. **Pay structure will be offered based on work experience. We believe in rewarding hard working team members! Our current hygienists earn up to $60+/hr with our profit pay structure.
