Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) We are searching for a full time EXPERIENCED Dental Assistant to join the existing team at Redwood Dental in Holly! Our team is passionate about creating a comfortable and friendly environment for the long term patients in Holly. Through our updated office, low turnover and a welcoming support staff, our patients leave smiling and looking forward to their next appointment. Due to recent growth, we are looking to add a Dental Assistant to our team. Job Duties May Include: Greets patients in waiting area and escorts patients to the operatory. Assists the dentist in the administration of treatment at the chair side as required or directed by the dentist. Maintain a sterile and neat working environment according to current infection control procedures. Review the health history, make chart entries under the direction of the dentist and assure completion of forms and signatures. Assume the responsibility associated with any duties that may be delegated by the dentist Familiarize the patient with the aspects of their dental visit and provide support and compassion to that patient when it is needed. Stock operatories and maintain clinical supply inventory. Review daily schedule to set up appropriate trays and instruments. Supervise preventive maintenance of dental equipment. Take digital radiographs. Follow practice protocols: quality assurance, biohazards, infection control, referral, emergency medicine, implants, perio program and emergency treatment. Hours: Monday 8am-7pm Tuesday 9pm-4pm Wednesday 9am-5pm Thursday 12pm-8pm Friday & Saturday alternating 8am-1pm; 9am-2pm
