Family Dental Group | Dental Receptionist (Treatment Coordinator) | Full Time Smile Partners Recruitment is working with Dr. Robison and Dr. Rahimi to find an experienced Treatment Coordinator! This role is the liaison between patients and multiple doctors. Proper etiquette and communication skills are a must. The ideal candidate has excellent problem-solving skills, can work in a fast past environment, and make critical thinking decisions. They should have a high level of customer service and patient care focus. At least 2 years working experience with Dentrix. Thorough knowledge of dental insurances. Must have treatment planning and presentation experience with a track record of patient case acceptance. Compensation: Based on experience ($19-22/hour) Preferred Skills/Requirements: -Previous dental Experience -Dentrix experience -Treatment presentation -Payment discussions -Insurance verification experience Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm Fridays 8am - 1pm Weekends off!
