Dental Depot DFW is looking for one exceptional General dentist that wants to practice at the top of their license, providing and committed to high quality care and long-term relationships with patients. Our facilities are state of the art. All offices are free standing buildings with great visibility and they each see over 100 new patients a month. We look for long-term relationships with our doctors as several have been with us 15 plus years. Our doctors earn $200-300,000+/year. We are looking for doctors that want to commit to our 100% doctor owned group and want to become part of our partner track. Our Core Values are IMPACT, I=Integrity, M= Mastery, P=Positivity, A=Accountability, C= Compassion, T= Trust. • We are growing our Lewisville Location and looking for a doctor with strong Verbal and Dental skills with 3-5 years of experience or more • We are looking for a doctor with strong surgical and implant skills that wants to build our implant and extraction part of our Lewisville Dental Depot • Modern turn of the century train station-theme offices • Year-Round Mentorship • Fun atmosphere with team outings and quarterly events • Doctor lead group with doctor meetings and long-term team relationships • Tenured doctors that have been with us from 12-15 years and very little doctor turnover. We have lifer dentists. • We are very community driven and involved with philanthropic organizations and volunteer at events throughout the communities we serve • Our first office in Highland Village opened in 2007 • Pay at 200-300k per year, our docs earn in the 90th percentile of doctor salary • 3 weeks vacation per year • Full comprehensive approach to dental care with full hygiene support • High tech, high touch offices with CBCT's, Itero 5 D scanners, Lasers, Electric Handpieces, digital x-ray, Cloud software • 98% PPO and FFS (No HMO or DMO) • High quality care with high reimbursements • 100% Doctor owned group and private group with 5 offices in DFW- no private equity, no corporate feel, our doctors manage their clinical teams • All newer equipment and great support staff from Dental Assistants, Hygienist and Business office • Greater then 98% collection rate on All PPO and FFS procedures • We pay for dental malpractice • We pay lab bills • We have multispecialty for training in our offices with Ortho and Oral Surgeons for comprehensive Patient care • Full time Hygiene and Dental Assistant trainers to develop your Dental Assistants and Hygienists • We pay for continuing education and Seattle Study Club membership • We have 401(k) with match, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/Training tracks in Invisalign, Implants, Sleep, All On Fours, Botox, TMJ, and cosmetic restorative • Consult rooms to visit with your patients • Completive base pay plus % of collections • We train and mentor on how to manage big dental cases, and teach the understanding of great comprehensive care • Full support in marketing, insurance, collections, IT, and HR • Transparency on monthly reports to all our doctors
