We are a private upbeat dental practice seeking to have a welcoming and organized part time front office team member with a MINIMUM of 2 years DENTAL FRONT OFFICE experience. The right candidate must be: - Well organized - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Positive, upbeat attitude and outgoing personality - Professional - Hardworking and highly motivated who is looking for further opportunities and growth - Attention to DETAIL and Great Multitasker - MUST be RESPONSIBLE and able to work INDEPENDENTLY - MUST be familiar with Dentrix G7 - Knowledge of dental coding and treatment planning - Knowledge of financing options including Sunbit and Carecredit Duties include: - Greeting all patients as they walk in with a smile! - Checking In/Out of all patients - Answering multiple phone lines - Handling of patient concerns and needs in a timely manner - Treatment planning with the ability to provide options for payment and setting up payment plans and complete knowledge of dental coding - Scheduling for success - Collecting and posting of payments - Verification and accurate input of insurance benefits - Ability to think outside of the box -Submission of electronic claims with NEA attachments Hours include Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 7:30am- 5:00pm and Friday 9am-3pm.
