Description

We are a small (6 operatories), modern, cosmetic and family dental office located in Old Hickory. We have a fun, great, self-motivated team and would love to have you join us to help us care for our wonderful patients. We want someone who is kind, personable, an excellent communicator and is passionate about what they do. Our office hours are Mon-Thurs, 7am to 4pm. Three day weekends are nice! We have competitive pay, PTO, Birthday paid holiday, major paid holidays, benefits (health insurance, dental coverage, 401k match) and a bonus system. Responsibilities: Prepare patients for dental treatment. Clean teeth and perform other preventive dental care. Educate patients on oral hygiene and diet. Examine gums and teeth for signs of disease. Take digital dental x-rays. Scan digital records of patients (iTero scanner). Record medical and dental histories of patients. Assist dentists in providing treatment. Administer nitrous oxide and local anesthesia. Laser therapy for bacterial reduction of periodontal pockets (will get you trained if you currently aren't certified). Perform administrative duties such as scheduling recall appointments, helping to phase treatment plans. We look forward from hearing from you soon! - Dr. Brian George
