Novus Orthodontics in Cartersville is seeking a Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. We are looking for an outgoing personality with great customer service skills. This is a full time position Monday - Thursday and alternating Fridays. Key Responsibilities for Orthodontic Assistant: Assist orthodontists with clinical procedures Take full dental records including Pan, Ceph, Intraoral scans Set up, breakdown, and sterilize clinical area and instruments Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care Manage patient records and update treatment information Schedule appointments Work collaboratively with the team to ensure patient satisfaction and smooth office flow Qualifications: Previous experience in orthodontic assisting (required) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience as treatment coordinator preferred but not required Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required Must be willing to travel to Rome and Acworth offices weekly Benefits offered: Competitive Pay Bonus Program Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Employee Discounts PTO/Holiday pay
