Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, and providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This dental administrative role will involve various duties including patient check-in and check-out, scheduling, patient communication, phone answering, treatment plan presentation and insurance verification. Although familiarity with Denticon is beneficial, it is not mandatory. We are seeking a collaborative team member with exceptional customer service abilities and a passion for working with children. The position requires availability for a 35 to 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, and will involve travel to 2 locations. No additional compensation for traveling between both locations. Basswood Office located at 5411 Basswood Blvd Suite 201 Fort Worth TX 76137 Timberland Office located at 12485 Timberland Blvd Suite 703 Fort Worth TX 76244 Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome patients in a professional and courteous manner. - Answer phone calls, manage all inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel. - Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records and files. - Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the team members. - Utilize computer systems, including office Outlook, to manage office tasks efficiently. - Assist with office management duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory. - Provide support as a personal assistant to executives as needed. - Handle correspondence and communicate effectively with clients and team members. - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies. Requirements - Proven experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar administrative role. - Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in office Outlook and other office software. - Familiarity with phone systems and office management procedures. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Attention to detail with strong organizational skills. - Experience as a dental receptionist. - Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
