Description

We are a fast growing dental office in search of a front office candidate with a strong work ethic, who is responsible & self-motivated. The ideal candidate is a team player that is organized and someone who is patient care oriented with previous experience in the dental field. Our goal is to offer FIRST CLASS CARE to all patients and we are committed to ensuring everyone has an incredible experience. In our office a front office team member is an important role as this person is the first point of contact for our patients. YOU will be the face of our office, and thus the MOST influential person on the overall patient experience. This role is more than your typical “patient care coordinator or treatment coordinator” job. This is an opportunity to use your skills to help provide influence & success to a fast growing private practice. Some of the essential functions & skills required for this position include, but are not limited to: -Greet and check in patients in a friendly manner -Maintain a professional reception area -Maintain a full schedule of patients daily -Insurance verification -Assist patients with understanding and accepting their clinical diagnosis -Calculate fees for dental treatment & check insurance estimates for accuracy -Responding to patient billing or financial inquiries -Support the front desk by fulfilling patient care responsibilities -Check and respond to voicemails and emails left for the office -Maintain & manage patient records in compliance with privacy and security regulations -Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality -Organize referrals to other medical specialists & follow up on these weekly -Complete all opening & end of day procedures according to the offices’ protocols -Assist with other office duties as requested or needed Job Requirements: -Prior dental front office experience required -Versed in Dentrix is a plus** -Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus** -Highly effective verbal and communication skills -Excellent customer service skills & team player attitude -Professionalism in all aspects of job -Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills -Ability to multi-task independently and work in a fast paced environment -Highly organized & able to prioritize tasks We only work 2 Saturday's a month. ****Competitive compensation based on experience****
