As a Patient OrthoConcierge, we require no previous dental experience (in fact, no previous experience is actually preferred). This person ensures patients are taken care of and treated at the highest possible levels unlike anything the patient has ever seen before. Every patient should leave feeling like a “rock star” and wanting to tell as many people about their experience as possible. Even though you don't need experience, you must be willing to learn & perform some activities inside the patient's mouth like, 3D Scans, clipping wires, putting o-rings on and off, or taking photos. There are some aspects that may not be rainbows and butterflies: The pay is the same as most other dental clinics (With no experience will start at $30,000 per year. You will get bonuses, and as you progress, we will create more bonuses - see below for starting point) You will need to drive to our other office in Lake Jackson some days. You cannot just be looking for a J-O-B. If you expect to leave things undone because 5 o'clock rolls around, then don't apply. If you like to give excuses, then this is not the place for you. This position is a concierge at a hotel, not your practice. Have this mindset while going through the interviewing and hiring process. Personality, people skills, charming, liking people, liking conversation, ability to create conversation all required for this position Is in charge of the CCSM (Communication and Customer Service Morning Meeting) Is in charge of all patient complaints When in the office on Doctor Days (there are 2 offices - be sure you know where they are - when the team is in a pinch you might have to drive). This position is in charge of all customer experiences installed into the practice for both the new and existing patient experiences. This does not mean they perform all of them but it does mean they oversee all of them. Is in charge of asking and receiving at least one Five Star Google Review each day Is in charge of the new patient experience Is in charge of making sure every new patient receives the practice welcome video Is in charge of making sure every new patient receives the doctor wow call or video Is in charge of making sure every new patient receives the TC welcome video Is in charge of making sure patient has completed their paperwork. Once 48 hours to scheduled appointment time if paperwork has not yet been completed the concierge needs to text a video reminding the patient to do so. If no reply to this video and paperwork still not completed, concierge to call patient. Is in charge of making sure no new patients sit in the waiting room Is in charge of and performs the VIP Greeting Is in charge of and performs the VIP Welcome Tour (if practice utilizes one) Is in charge of and performs taking the wide smile photo for in-face visualization use on iTero machine (if practice has one) Is in charge of and performs the trust transfer to the TC Is in charge of and performs the followup call to ask new patients how their experience was at the practice. If a patient signs a contract the same day, this position would still call to say thank you and we look forward to treatment journey and creating the smile of your dreams. Made it this far? Great! Let’s be sure you’ve got the following: Is in charge of the existing patient experience Is in charge of and performs VIP Greeting to every existing patient Is in charge of and performs trust transfers to OrthoCoaches (assistants) On non-doctor days: Is in charge of marketing runs and setting up marketing activities with any and all referral sources Is in charge of setting up face-to-face time for Dr. Cooper to meet with referral sources Is in charge of getting marketing supplies for any marketing activities Is in charge of planning marketing events Is in charge of keeping a marketing meeting and coordinating with NPG social media to promote marketing events *Bonus: $1 for every patient referral that shows up for their appointment *Bonus: $10 for every 5 Star Google Review Testimonial received while patient is in the office *Bonus: $10 per video testimonial received while patient is in the office *Bonus: $150 when the office receives 8 or more patient video testimonials and 8 or more 5-Star Google Reviews in the same month *All tracking of this must be done by the OrthoConcierge and brought to the Orthodontist in spreadsheet format Your job is to help Dr. Cooper in any way you can. And to have fun at work (who wants a job that isn’t fun?!?). Our office is somewhat laid-back, but we do expect professionalism and punctuality and delivering on our promises. In addition to being a people person, you must help develop and then follow systems and processes.
