Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. As an RDA, you will work closely with the dentist and dental hygienists to provide exceptional dental care to our patients. Must be bilingual. Knowledge in Dentrix is a plus! Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including preparing the work area, sterilizing instruments, and providing chairside assistance. Take and develop dental X-rays as instructed by the dentist. Prepare materials for impressions and restorations. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-operative care instructions. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and OSHA regulations. Assist with front office tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and processing insurance claims.
