We are looking for a friendly, personable and enthusiastic ASSISTANT OFFICE MANAGER/ Insurance Scheduling Coordinator to add to our fantastic dental team. We want that 'right person' to grow with our team, be challenged with what they do, and make a difference in the lives of others! Remember - this is a LEADERSHIP type position so you must be great with people and wonderful with your co-workers. Dental front office experience is a MUST. We need someone who is a self-starter, with the ability to keep multiple tasks under control without becoming flustered. You MUST HAVE experience in dental insurance billing, treatment coordinating, effectively scheduling patients and working as a team. Experience with Windows, email, uploading and attaching files, Microsoft Office programs, etc is a MUST. We love our patients and we want someone that will be AWESOME on the phone and provide the BEST customer care to each and every one of them. We are looking to fill this position ASAP so if this person is YOU then apply immediately!!! * Handle treatment planning and patient plan presentations * Submit and manage insurance claims * Consult patients on finance options * Calculate insurance benefits and copays * Handle HR within the office * Other scheduling and front office management duties as needed. Qualifications and Skills 1-2 years Dental FRONT Office experience is a MUST.
