Our vibrant and well-established dental practice in Richmond, TX, is looking for an enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant to join our amazing team. While we prefer candidates with at least one year of experience, we are also willing to train the right motivated individual. We pride ourselves on our supportive work environment and are eager to welcome someone who will be a great fit for our staff. As a Registered Dental Assistant with our practice, your responsibilities will include: * Preparing treatment rooms for patient appointments by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary equipment is readily available for the dentist. * Providing chairside assistance to dentists during various dental procedures by efficiently handling instruments and proactively anticipating their needs. * Taking and processing dental X-rays. * Completing laboratory tasks as directed by the dentist. * Welcoming patients with a friendly and professional demeanor. * Educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques. * Accurately updating and maintaining patient dental records. * Eaglesoft a plus This is a full-time position (5 days a week) We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid vacation, and a 401K plan.
