The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about both people and process improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Patient Engagement: Present treatment plans with empathy and clarity, empowering patients to make confident healthcare decisions. • Leadership & Strategy: Work closely with Dr. Vo to align daily operations with long-term goals • Team Management: Recruit, train, and support staff to build a high-performing, cohesive team • Financial Oversight: Manage billing Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) with accuracy and efficiency • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve patient, staff, and operational issues promptly and professionally • Process Improvement: Develop and implement systems to enhance productivity and patient satisfaction • Communication: Keep Dr. Vo and the team informed with timely updates and performance insights Qualifications: • Previous experience in dental or medical office management preferred • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Knowledge of dental billing is a plus • Passion for team development and patient care excellence Ready to Make an Impact?
