We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dental Front Office Coordinator. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in our daily operation, focusing on appointment scheduling, reviewing treatment plans with patients, and managing patient records using Dentrix. Your expertise in dental terminology and superior communication skills will be essential in assisting our diverse patient base, which includes a mix of PPO and cash-pay clients. Here's a more detailed breakdown of the responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Scheduling and Patient Management: o Scheduling patient appointments and dental procedures. o Managing patient records with accuracy and confidentiality. o Handling patient inquiries and providing customer service. o Communicating with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and follow-up information. • Financial Management: o Overseeing billing and insurance claims processing. o Ensuring proper collection of payments from patients. o Managing day sheets. • Office Operations: o Overseeing front desk operations and ensuring a smooth workflow. o Maintaining a clean and organized office environment. o Greet and check in patients with a positive, professional attitude • Compliance and Quality Control: o Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare standards. o Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records. o Implementing and enforcing office policies and procedures. • Marketing and Patient Relations: o Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new patients. o Managing patient communication and feedback. o Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients and staff.
