We are pleased to announce an available front office position in our Suwanee location. You represent our brand with the highest ethics and provide a seamless efficient flow to the office. Insurance Coordinator (your role will include) ● Verifying patient insurance and eligibility ● Explaining benefits and coverage to patients in a clear, friendly way ● Submitting insurance claims with accurate coding and documentation ● Following up on outstanding claims and appeals ● Maintaining organized records of claims and communications ● Managing accounts receivable and resolving discrepancies ● Assisting with other front office duties ● Records and information management This is a full-time position | Monday - Thursday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday Admin Day | 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (4 hours or less) Our ideal candidate has: ● 3+ years of dental office experience (Required) ● 3+ years of dental insurance coordination experience (Required) ● Bilingual English + Spanish (Required) ● Valid Driver's License (Required) What We Offer: In addition to a fun, caring team environment, we offer: ● Competitive pay: $22 (+Additional Bonuses based on Production) ● Paid Time Off ● Sick Pay ● Paid Holidays If you’re someone who thrives in a supportive environment and loves helping people smile, we’d love to hear from you!
