Description

We are a well established, private doctor-owned, fee-for-service office in Sanger, TX hiring to replace a great assistant who is moving away to start a new journey with her finance. Many of our staff members have worked with us for 10+ years and we have a great team to work with. We are not a high-volume office. We are very busy but value our patients' experience, quality of care, and infection control. A commitment to uphold these values is most important. Our procedures range from routine restorative work to assisting for IV sedation cases, including 3rd molars, single tooth implants, extractions and grafting, full-mouth implant rehabilitation, and special needs patients. We also have an in-house lab delivering high-quality ceramic and zirconia restorations. Trios intraoral scanner, DEXIS radiographs, Dentrix, and X-nav are technologies we routinely use. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. We have started several assistants from scratch and can train to competency. Wages are based on competency in various areas that add value to the practice and we have a model for increasing pay as skills are mastered. Bonus opportunities earn our full-time staff an additional $3000-6000 per year. Hours: Mon-Thurs 8-5, Friday 8-noon. We expect staff to arrive 15 min before we see our first patients at 8 AM.
