What We’re Looking For: You’re the kind of hygienist who: Takes pride in delivering meticulous, personalized periodontal care Values ongoing learning and clinical excellence Has a positive, can-do attitude and brings good energy to the office Enjoys working collaboratively and understands the importance of team dynamics Can shift gears between helping long-time patients and welcoming first-time visitors What You Bring: Certification in Digital Radiology Strong skills in periodontal maintenance and patient education Experience with Dentrix dental software (or you're eager to learn it!) Current CPR certification A warm, friendly chairside manner and a commitment to making each visit a great experience Your Workweek: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM Thursday: 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM (We're closed at least one Friday per month) What’s in It for You: Competitive hourly wage: Up to $53/hour, based on experience Paid vacation (time to recharge = non-negotiable) Health insurance 401(k) with profit sharing A supportive team with many long-time members (some over 30 years!)
