Our growing dental office is looking for a Dental Assistant to take an active role in managing several aspects of the office as well as assisting the doctor. The ideal candidate is experienced, motivated, patient oriented, organized, can self start, has attention to detail and interested in making the office a positive and successful workplace. Duties Include: Assist the dentist in both administrative and clinical duties including Prepare rooms and patient for procedure or exam Sterilize and disinfect instruments Set up instrument trays Prepare materials and assist during dental procedures Manage lab cases Call patients when needed Take Radiographs on patients Turn over rooms particularly hygiene rooms Assist the front desk with daily tasks Clean and maintain cleanliness Assist in supply management As well as any other duties deemed necessary in the normal course of work The ideal candidate wants to be a team player, put patients first and keep things moving smoothly. Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8 to 5 and Wednesday 11 to 7. A 1 hour lunch is provided and Friday's off make for a great start to the weekends!
