We are seeking a highly motivated and positive individual for front desk/front office position at a family practice. Candidates should have experience working front desk in a dental practice, including answering phones, making appointments, and greeting patients. Experience with insurance verification, treatment planning, billing, and collection is a plus. Knowledge of Dentrix is preferred. We are serious about customer service and treat all of our patients and team members with kindness and respect. This is expected of every team member. We open 4 days a week and work one Saturday per month. Practice provides a variety of procedures, including orthodontics and implants, and we do our best to keep procedures in-house. Practice is established and has served the community for many years.
