Front desk/ Tx cordinator 1. Answer phone calls, converting them to new patient appointments 2. Tx plan presentations to patients 3. Check in/Check out 4. Insurance verification and breakdown of benefits 5. Open Dental Software. Willing to train the right candidate to Open Dental 6. Estimate and collect patient co pays 6. Excellent customer service 7.
