Overview: Fame Dental is a fast growing non-corporate, single doctor, family oriented general dentistry practice located in Frisco, TX focused on providing exceptional patient care, quality dentistry and a great patient experience. We are seeking to add an dedicated Dental Assistant to join our existing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in dental assisting, dental/medical terminology, and infection control protocols. Knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus. Responsibilities: - Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures - Set up and breakdown operatory rooms - Take and develop dental X-rays - Provide patients with instructions for oral care following dental treatment procedures - Ensure compliance with infection control and HIPAA guidelines - Able to place an order and keep a track of supplies Qualifications: - Completion of an accredited dental assisting program - Proficiency in dental/medical terminology and documentation - Strong understanding of infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations Join our team to contribute to providing exceptional dental care while expanding your skills in a supportive environment.
