Clinical Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning. Provide general and restorative dentistry services. Ensure patient safety and comfort. Ensure proper functioning of all equipment. Assist in the training and supervision of dental assistants assigned to you. Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation. Collaborate with team (including other providers) on complex cases and treatment planning. Refer internally to Dental Specialists and Oral Surgeons when appropriate. Provide clinical perspective on practice decisions, equipment purchases and service expansion opportunities. Model practice values and contribute to a positive team culture and staff engagement. Actively participate in monthly/quarterly practice meetings and company planning to support the growth and operational improvement of company. Actively participate in patient acquisition, marketing initiatives, and the development of referral practices to support practice growth and meet individual production targets. Requirements: Degree in Dentistry from an accredited dental school. Valid state dental license and malpractice insurance. New graduates with exceptional skills will be considered. Proficiency in performing a wide range of dental procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and the dental team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining high ethical standards.
